About us

I started CableCarProperties, a real estate portfolio, in 2023, and it has grown to 6 doors and 16 tenants. My filing system and email inbox were constantly overflowing with bills, insurance documents, and requests from financial institutions. The end of the month filled me with dread as I sat down and tackled the problem I created for myself. I was ungrounded.

I founded Grounded Books to help people who are buried in paper, feel the same dread, and want a seamless system. I work with clients to digitize the backlog and create the systems that keep documents from piling up again.
